• All houses have free wifi, dishwasher, DVD player and Freeview television

• Outside each house we provide patio/garden furniture

• There is car parking space next to each property

• Gas and charcoal barbecues are available for use (subject to availability)

• In each house we provide a small quantity of washing-up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, toilet paper, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar and tea bags for your arrival

• A 130KVA, 3 phase generator serves all houses in case of power failure

• Each house has a decorated Christmas tree over the Christmas and New Year period

Luxuries

A local chef can cater for special occasions & dinner parties in your cottage; previous guests have recommended Belle House Restaurant, Pershore 01386 555055 (meals are cooked at the restaurant and delivered to your cottage) and Antony Vaks, Bishops Cleeve 01242 672114 or 07703 503965.

Local company Bredon Hill Foods can deliver local food and drink hampers, seasonal vegetable boxes and meat boxes to your holiday cottage for you to enjoy during your stay, and they also sell a wide selection of local produce for you to take home. Contact Lucy on 01386 710447.

Local beauty therapist Joanna Watson can provide a range of beauty and relaxation treatments at your your cottage. Contact Hush on 07771 932093.

Special occasions

The Moretons can provide the location and accommodation for your function. Marquees can be erected on the rear lawn at The Moretons Farmhouse.

Map room

The map room at reception provides a large selection of information leaflets on local attractions and places to visit, town maps and walking routes and  maps. A laptop is available for hire (subject to availability).

Gardens

Our five acres of gardens and orchard are set away from the road. There is plenty of room for children to play in safety and without disturbing other guests. We provide garden furniture, a badminton net and table tennis table on the lawn and a croquet set. In season pick apples, pears, cherries & plums from our orchard.

Facilities for the younger visitor

We have a play area and a two storey heated playhouse (Victoria House) with resident teddy bear Mr T Bear. Victoria House is fully furnished with play kitchen, gallery bedroom, toys, dolls' house and secret door. Outside Victoria House why not try out the swings (including baby swing), trampoline, see-saw, climbing frame, table tennis and slide in the play area?

Children under 18 months swim free of charge in the swimming pools. We provide a range of ride-on inflatables, floats and balls for use during your swimming sessions. Pool two has a large pool side seating area and giant table-top chess and draughts. Both pools have baby changing mats and play pens.

Each house has plastic cutlery, beakers and tableware for younger diners. Cots (guests are requested to supply their own cot bedding), stair gates & highchairs can be provided free of charge subject to availability.
